The room was well-equipped with a patio, flowers, and slippers. The service offered was excellent. The location was ideal and beautiful, close enough to the most beautiful jungle, the main areas of the resort, and an amazing Caribbean beach. Loved this place.

The setting is beautiful and amazing, very close to the beach from 10:30am, the jungle at times because of the Mangroves, which is cool for Mexico and napped on the beautiful beach while being served drinks, very relaxing area.

The facilities were top-notch, from the parking availability to the convenient transportation within the resort. The hotel's location amidst palm trees in the Mayakoba "jungle" created a beautiful and tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of options. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.

It's been three beautiful days in this hotel! The service and the staff try to fulfill every wish, the rooms are large and very clean, the pool landscape very large! In short: Everything was wonderful and would go there again any time! Thumbs up!!!

They don't control the temperature of wine bottles. It takes more than 10 minutes to get you to another place.
